This is a
tailored programme designed to develop a manager’s
effectiveness. It is particularly suited to managers who may not
wish to take part in a group training event, or wish to receive
some individual coaching. The sessions will aim to increase
self-confidence, and help the individual to analyse his or her
own strengths and weaknesses.
