Supervision |
|
BTA provide high-quality clinical supervision
tailored to both CBT and integrative practitioners, grounded in
current evidence-based practice and ethical standards. Our
supervision offers a structured yet flexible space to reflect on
clinical work, deepen formulation skills, and enhance
therapeutic effectiveness. Whether you are working within a
cognitive-behavioural framework or drawing from a range of
integrative models, we support you in maintaining fidelity to
your approach while developing confidence in adapting
interventions to meet the complex needs of your clients.
Our supervisory approach is collaborative, reflective, and
development focused. We aim to create a safe and professionally
robust environment where practitioners can explore challenges,
celebrate strengths, and engage in critical thinking about their
work. Attention is given not only to clinical technique and
outcomes, but also to practitioner wellbeing, resilience, and
ethical decision-making. Supervision is available for
practitioners at different stages of their careers, from those
in training to experienced clinicians seeking ongoing
professional development and accreditation support.
