Terms and Conditions:

A) PSYCHOTHERAPY/COUNSELLING
 

1) Code of Ethics & Practice
Bev Taylor Associates are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.

2) Cancelling sessions and changing time and/or day of sessions: 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session or to change the time or day of a session.


3) Length of sessions:
Each individual therapy session lasts 60 minutes
Initial Assessment sessions may be of  longer duration.
Critical Incident Debriefing sessions timings will vary dependent on individual/group debrief.


4) Payment of sessions:
Individuals: Payment to be agreed prior to sessions commencing. Receipt provided.
Corporate/Insurers/EAPs: Terms as agreed.
 

B) COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Any complaints concerning services delivered by Bev Taylor Associated should in the first instance be in writing and addressed to the Director. On receipt of complaints a letter of confirmation will be sent, and the complaint will be forwarded to the internal verifier for consideration. A response to the complaint will be forwarded within 21 days of receipt.

1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 Your access to and use of Birmingham
Centre for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. In accessing the Website, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 5 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

C) CONSULTANCY

 

1) Items provided by Bev Taylor Associates:
A quotation for provision Consultancy will be provided by Bev Taylor Associates.
Invoice on completion of consultancy (or at pre-arranged intervals as agreed).
2) Items provided by the Customer:
Letter of contract/written contract on terms and conditions of the consultancy required.
Agreed schedule of reporting and clear definition of area of work.
Payment within 28 days of receipt of invoice/s.

 

CBT-Birmingham is a private treatment service which provides access to CBT therapists working in clinics in the Midlands and in a selected location in London. We also work online. We take referrals from individuals, organisations, solicitors, GPs, and case managers.
